Dr. Edo Crnčević is the Founder and Chairman of Medical Bravo and Med AI Bravo. He brings deep experience in building digital healthcare operations, long-term hospital partnerships and scalable diagnostic service models across international markets.
His work focuses on connecting clinical delivery, operational execution and technology strategy into a platform capable of supporting the next generation of diagnostic infrastructure.
As Chairman, Dr. Crnčević leads Medical Bravo’s long-term strategic direction, positioning the company as a trusted infrastructure partner for hospitals, radiology groups, OEMs and healthcare technology ecosystems worldwide.
Prof. Sven Lončarić
CEO, Med AI Bravo d.o.o.
Prof. Sven Lončarić leads Med AI Bravo’s AI and research strategy, bringing internationally recognised expertise in medical image analysis, computer engineering and clinical AI development. He is a Professor of Computer Engineering at the University of Zagreb Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing and has been ranked among the world’s top 2% most influential scientists by Stanford University / Elsevier.
At Med AI Bravo, Prof. Lončarić is responsible for shaping the long-term AI roadmap and translating advanced research into clinically relevant, scalable and enterprise-ready diagnostic infrastructure for radiology.

Prim. Dr. Marko Slavica leads Medical Bravo’s clinical strategy, radiology validation and real-world workflow integration. As an experienced radiologist and clinical lead, he ensures that every Medical Bravo solution is grounded in clinical safety, diagnostic quality and practical value for radiologists and healthcare providers.
At Medical Bravo, he connects medical expertise, quality assurance, AI validation and daily radiology operations, helping build technology that supports clinicians, reduces workflow complexity and strengthens diagnostic decision-making.

Robert Brandner leads Medical Bravo’s United States strategy, bringing more than 25 years of healthcare technology, CIO/CISO and executive leadership experience. He has held senior leadership roles in healthcare organisations and technology startups, combining operational discipline with deep understanding of enterprise healthcare systems.
At Medical Bravo, Bob is focused on US market development, strategic partnerships, healthcare technology alignment and building a trusted bridge between Medical Bravo’s European platform and the American healthcare ecosystem.

Martin Wells leads Medical Bravo UK and supports the company’s strategic rollout across the UK healthcare market. With extensive experience in healthtech and previous senior leadership experience at Medica UK, he brings strong operational, commercial and
institutional knowledge of the UK radiology and healthcare environment.
His role is focused on building long-term partnerships, supporting UK market expansion and helping Medical Bravo deliver AI-enabled radiology infrastructure within established healthcare systems.
Tihomir Vančina

Tihomir Vančina leads Medical Bravo Croatia, bringing extensive executive healthcare leadership experience from the Croatian public hospital system. Before joining Medical Bravo, he served for many years as CEO of one of Croatia’s leading public hospitals, gaining deep expertise in hospital management, clinical operations, organisational leadership and healthcare system execution.
At Medical Bravo Croatia, he is responsible for strengthening local operations, institutional relationships and regional execution as part of the Group’s broader European diagnostic infrastructure strategy. His background in managing complex healthcare environments supports Medical Bravo’s ability to build reliable, scalable and clinically grounded radiology services across hospitals and healthcare networks.
